With seven years of experience behind the bar with a short sabbatical in search of fame and fortune outside of the business, Alejandro is back baby, and has picked up right where he left off.

Alejandro started in flair when he saw Jeff Schnabel flipping some empty beer bottles at Dave & Busters (ssshhhh they are not supposed to flair). Impressed buy the glamour of it all Alejandro taught himself what is now known as old school flair and has been addicted ever since.

Like the spark that started it all, Alejandro has a new passion towards the competitive level of flair bartending and is always trying out new moves he learnt that day, not that bad for an old guy!!

With the same incredible enthusiasm for service and flair bartending he is famous for, and now a member of the Flairaholiks. He is looking forward to seeing how his flair will develop in this coming year.
